TotalEnergies Ghana Declares GH¢2.3375 Final Dividend for Shareholders

TotalEnergies Marketing Ghana Plc will pay a final dividend of GH¢2.3375 per share to eligible shareholders on or before August 24, 2026, following approval at its 50th AGM.

TotalEnergies Ghana Declares GH¢2.3375 Final Dividend for Shareholders

Shareholders of TotalEnergies Marketing Ghana Plc are set to receive a final dividend of GH¢2.3375 per share after the company's members approved the payout at its 50th Annual General Meeting.

The dividend, which relates to the financial year ended December 31, 2025, was endorsed during the AGM held on June 25, 2026.

According to a statement issued by the Board of Directors, eligible shareholders will receive payment on or before Monday, August 24, 2026.

Only shareholders whose names appear on the company's Register of Members at the close of business on Friday, July 17, 2026, will qualify for the dividend.

The company also announced that the Register of Members will be closed from Monday, July 20, to Friday, July 24, 2026, during which period no updates to the register will be processed.

"The dividend will be paid on or before Monday, 24th August 2026 to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, 17th July 2026," the Board said in its notice.

Shareholders urged to update records

To ensure prompt payment, TotalEnergies advised shareholders to update their payment details by visiting any Universal Merchant Bank branch or the UMB Registrars at SSNIT Emporium in Airport City with their Ghana Card.

The Board expressed appreciation to investors for their continued confidence in the company, thanking shareholders for their sustained support as it concluded another financial year.

The dividend declaration reinforces TotalEnergies Marketing Ghana Plc's commitment to delivering value to its shareholders while maintaining regular returns on investment.
